nabuya

Questions

Is it a to-do app?

No. It's a place to put anything worth keeping. A task or a reminder is just one shape a capture can take.

Do I have to sort or tag things?

No. It never asks when you save. It reads each capture afterwards and files it for you.

How do I save things?

Type it, or hold the mic and say it. On iPhone you can also share something straight from another app.

What are the five kinds?

Thoughts, Links, Tasks, Reminders and Moments — memories of something you lived. Nabuya picks the kind when it reads what you saved, so you don't have to.

Can I share with family and friends?

Yes. Make a named space and send an invite link. Each person asks to join; the owner approves them. Everyone can add, and Ask finds what anyone saved in your spaces. Your other captures stay private. Joining is free; the free plan can make up to three spaces, with up to ten people in each.

What if it reads something wrong?

Fix it on the spot. Nabuya shows what it understood right after you save, and you can change it then or later.

What can I ask it?

Ask about anything you've saved, the way you'd ask a friend: "that restaurant… something with a courtyard". It answers from your own things and shows which ones it used.

Does it work offline?

You can save offline. Nabuya reads it once you're back online. Asking needs a connection.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone and Android.

How do I sign in?

With your Google or Apple account.

What does it cost?

Free at launch. Later the free plan (Catcher) has a monthly limit; Keeper and Weaver give you more, bought in the app.

Where is my data, and who can see it?

What you save is kept on Nabuya's servers, and AI services read it so Nabuya can sort it and find it again for you. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Can I delete things?

Yes. Deleting an item removes it and any files that came with it. To delete your whole account and everything in it, go to Settings and tap Delete account.
